To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tickerseer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to investment losses. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed zero.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
